No country in the world has succeeded in isolating itself from illegal immigrants i.e. non-nationals. Similarly discrimination by nationalities of worst hit nations cannot be a realistic solution. On the contrary if E-infected people are forced to go underground in foreign countries the consequences for that currently E-free country could be catastrophic. The only solution, tried and tested in the past – treat it at its source – must be allowed to run its course. Unfortunately, this time around it got to urban areas and so is more difficult. The timing depends on how quickly the current international effort can move.
