This happened last week and as I listened to various presentations and joined different discussions, I kept wondering when as a nation, we will begin to grapple with these issues; consumed as we are with basic matters of governance and economic management. The good news is that with vision, respect and use of knowledge, we can leapfrog and benefit from the experiences of those currently in the vanguard of the revolution.
